If you have not made a withdrawal before, please note:

• All requests will be processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt.
• Agility unfortunately cannot guarantee same day receipt of funds, as processing times are subject to the receiving bank processes outside of our control
  (International Transfers may take between 2 – 5 days)
• The corresponding account we make payment to must be in the same name as your Agility account (third-party remittances are not permitted in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Terrorism Financing law)
• Agility may require additional information to prove that a beneficiary account is under your name

For International bank wire withdrawals, please note:

• We can only cover fees that we see. For international bank wire transfers, your bank may charge you a receiving fee, this non-transactional fee is your responsibility, please check with your bank if you are unsure.
• For all International bank wire transfers Agility will require Proof of Identity and Proof of Source of Funds before processing
